Ingredients:
- Shrimp, 250 gr.
- Oyster mushrooms, 400 gr.
- Fish sauce, 70 ml
- Lyme
- Galangal
- Kaffir lime leaves
- Chili pepper
- Onion
- Garlic
- Lemongrass
- Cilantro
If you have frozen prawns, pour hot water over them for five minutes:
Lemongrass beat off with a hammer, onions and garlic cut into small pieces, hats oyster mushrooms (only hats, without legs) to break, galangal cut into thin slices, pepper free from seeds and cut arbitrarily:
In a frying pan, heat a little vegetable oil and fry the onion, garlic and pepper for three to four minutes:

Filter the broth, add the garlic-pepper paste (the amount depends on your attitude to spicy dishes), lemongrass, lime leaves, galangal and cook for ten minutes:
Everything is ready for the next stage:
Add fish sauce (a must try, otherwise you can oversalt, because the sauces are different) and oyster mushrooms:
Cook for five minutes, then squeeze the juice out of the lime. Adjust the salt, sweetness (you can add sugar) and acid (you can to add more lime juice).
Add the shrimp, cook for two minutes and serve, sprinkled with chopped coriander:
