Ingredients:

  • Lamb minced meat, 360 gr.
  • Onion, 1 PC .
  • Mashed tomatoes, 100 gr.
  • Tomato juice, 250 ml
  • Dry garlic, 0.5 tsp
  • Ground Jeera, 0.5 tsp
  • Horseradish, 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper, salt, vegetable oil

Onions clean and cut into small cubes.

Mix the mince, garlic, jeera and onion. Salt and pepper to taste.

Heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the meatballs over high heat for two minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add tomato juice and cook over medium heat for 6 minutes.

Cook the Penne in boiling salt water for 10-12 minutes.

Add tomatoes and horseradish to the pan. Cook for three minutes.
