Hello!

Today we will make an interesting dish, which along with the Indian note there are sonorous Thai motifs.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet (breast), 360 gr.
  • Green beans, 100 gr.
  • Coconut cream, 190 ml (or milk, 250 ml)
  • Corn, 100 gr.
  • Curry paste (green) 5 gr.
  • Fish sauce, 25 ml
  • Sesame oil, 20 ml
  • Onion, 1 PC.
  • Lime, 1 PC.
  • Kaffir-lime leaves
  • Cilantro, 5 gr
  • Lemongrass, 20 gr.
  • Black pepper, salt, vegetable oil

Prepare the products. Chicken cut into cubes, onions, small cubes, lemongrass beat with a hammer, leaves kaffir-lime and cilantro tear hands, lime peel and remove the juice from the quarter.

Onions fry on a small amount of vegetable oil and high heat for two minutes.

Add the curry paste, stir, put the chicken, fry for three minutes, then add the coconut milk, lemongrass and leaves of Kaffir-lime.

Bring to a boil, reduce the heat to a minimum and cook for ten minutes, covered with a lid.

Remove the leaves and lemongrass, add lime zest, fish sauce, beans, corn, lime juice, salt to taste, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Serve with rice.

This is my first attempt at cooking a Thai green curry and I am not disappointed with the result however
