Simple roast-stew pork

We have cook several roasts-stew dishes (1, 2), but those recipes were complex: mushrooms, sausage, beans and even olives and cucumbers, but sometimes you want more simple.
Today we prepare the most elementary option-onions, carrots, potatoes, meat and a little bit of flavors )).

Servings: 2-3
Ingredients:
- Pork, 350 gr.
- Potatoes, 4-5 PCs.
- Onion, 1 PC.
- Carrots, 1 PC.
- Butter, 20 gr.
- Sweet paprika, 1 tsp.
- Garlic, 2-3 cloves
- Dill
- Parsley
- Black pepper
- Salt
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Onions and carrots clean, cut into medium fragments. Meat-pieces of 1.5-2 cm.
Potatoes clean and cut into medium cubes, garlic and herbs chop finely.
Melt the butter in a pan with a small amount of vegetable and fry the onion over high heat for 2 minutes.
Add the meat and continue to cook for five minutes.
Add the carrots, reduce the heat to medium and fry for five minutes.
Add parsley, dill (leaving a little for serve), paprika and garlic. Salt, pepper to taste, stir and transfer to some pot or pot. Pour the boiling water so that it almost covers the contents, cover and send to the oven for half an hour.
Served with greens.
