Simple apple pie
Hello!
Today we will bake a very simple Apple pie.
Difficulty: 3/10
Cooking time: 50 min.
Number of servings: 6
Ingredients:
- Flour, 130 gr.
- Sugar, 130 gr.
- Eggs, 3 PCs.
- Apples, 4-5 PCs.
- Salt
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Beat eggs in a mixer for 10 minutes, add sugar, a pinch of salt and beat for another two minutes.
Wash the apples, remove the core. Сut apples to small pieces.
Pour the egg mixture into a deep bowl add the flour, gradually sifting. Stir carefully with smooth movements to keep the fluffiness.
Form for baking grease with butter, pour the dough and spread the slices of apples. That the slices do not sink in the liquid dough and do not accumulate at the bottom, you can pre-sprinkle them with flour.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, allow to cool slightly and serve.
