Pozharsky cutlets

Today we will prepare a very tasty classic dish of Russian cuisine.

Ingredients:
- Chicken minced, 350 gr.
- Onion, 1 PC.
- Cream 20%, 200 ml
- Bread, 200 gr.
- Butter, 70 gr.
- Vegetable oil
- Salt
Bread crumb soaked in cream, cut the crust into cubes, finely chop the onion.
Fry onions on a small amount of vegetable oil for three minutes on medium heat and cool.
50 gr. cut butter into cubes, mix with minced chicken, onion, salt and lightly pressed bread crumb.
Mix the minced preferably with a spoon or fork, so as not to heat the hands and melt the oil. Remove the minced in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (preferably an hour).
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Make cutlets and breaded in crusts.
Heat the remaining butter with a small amount of vegetable oil and fry the cutlets on high heat for two minutes on each side.
Bring to readiness in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
Serve.
