Beef Rolls with pickles

Today everything is simple, fast, original and tasty ).

Cooking time: 30 min.
Number of servings: 2
Ingredients:
- Beef, 300 gr.
- Onion, 1 PC.
- Tomato paste, 2 tsp
- Dijon mustard, 1 tsp
- Ground coriander, 0.5 tsp
- Pickles
- Vegetable oil
- Salt
Meat cut into thin pieces and beat to a thickness of 3-5 mm.
Salt on all sides and grease with mustard.
Onions clean and cut into half rings, cucumbers into strips.
Half of the onion and cucumber spread evenly on the pieces of meat..
...tightly wrap them in rolls and stabs with toothpicks.
The remaining onion is fried on a small amount of vegetable oil and high heat for two minutes.
Add the rolls and fry for another two minutes, turning periodically.
Mix tomato paste, coriander and 150 ml of hot water, add to the pan, bring to a boil, reduce the heat to a minimum and simmer under the lid for 20 minutes.
Serve with the remaining pickles, fried potatoes or any other suitable garnish (do not forget to remove toothpicks ;-) ).
