Caprese style salad

Today Italian-style salad. Fast, tasty and healthy — this is what distinguishes Mediterranean salads from their Northern relatives.

Ingredients:
- Tomatoes (if not season, then cherry)
- Bell pepper
- Mozzarella
- Fresh herbs (arugula, Basil, spinach — everything you find)
- Black pepper, salt, olive oil
Everything is very simple — rub the cheese on a large grater, tomatoes and peppers cut into medium fragments, tear the grass with your hands. Season with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
Stir and serve.
