Laksa Sarawak Special

One of my favorite breakfast is the spicy creamy rice noodle soup with prawn & shredded/sliced chicken meat and served with specially prepared prawn paste “sambal”. Yes! the Laksa Sarawak or Laksa Kuching.

This one is special because the the 3 prawns are bigger and the half hard-boiled egg is extra- only at a shop in Taman Chantek nearby Lido area.

    Wow looks so yummy! Laksa is one of my favourite food 😋 I have never tried Laksa Sarawak but I will definitely do when I get the chance!
