Bebek Sinjay Especially Dish Of Bangkalan City Indonesia

If we visit Madura island is not complete if we do not stop by for lunch to taste the typical culinary of Bangkalan city, namely Bebek Sinjay (bebek is duck). Bangkalan is one of the Regency on the island of Madura, located not far from the bridge SURAMADU. To go to the city of Bangkalan, after passing Suramadu bridge we take the straight road, drive until the traffic lights and continue drive until the end of the road then turn left. The location of Warung Bebek Sinjay is on Jalan Ketengan. Sinjay Duck rice stall is already very famous, even already several times broadcasted on the National Television channel, even reportedly ever also broadcasted on International Television channel.

Sinjay duck meat is tender, marinade well into the bone so the taste is spreading to the inside. The marinade is savory, delicious, so tasty, so it does not smell fishy. It’s served with warm rice and chili sauce pencit (young mango) is quite spicy. The combination of flavor from chili sauce pencit and the texture of fried duck is crispy and the rice tastes delicious that increase our appetite. To eat here we must be willing to queue a fairly long as well yes, because when the lunch time this stall is very crowded, buyers that come not only from around the city of Bangkalan but even more from out of town.
