Kikomando is a type of food the was bone in the ghetto of Kawookya Kampala Uganda(the place I reside).
It didn't take a lot of time before it was included on the menu at most restaurants in Kampala and other parts of the country.
Kikoomando is a mixture of been and chapati.
chapati.
Beans.
It's preferred by people in Kampala because it's cheap and can make one satisfied.
A plate of Kikomando is 1000/= UGX ($0.28 USD)
One of the popular musician and Member of the Uganda Parliament Hon Kyagulanyi Sentamu (Bobi Wine ) how calls himself ghetto president have sung about it which made hem popular.

people in the ghetto eat Kikomando not because we want but because it's cheap.
With steemit I know one day I will start to eat good food, But for now, I eat Kikomando .
