This is dal's winning point: lentils – or rather, beans and edible seeds, that ar high in macromolecule however low in fat, and really alimental. A version of dekaliter uses chickpeas, and it's as healthy as its lentil cousin-german. Chickpeas comprise quite twenty per cent macromolecule and contain sensible amounts of folacin and atomic number 30.
