Here is today's dinner. Pho beef soup and some tasty spring rolls.
The soup comes with a nice bouquet of herbs like morning glory, basil and a few other herbs I don't know of. Feel free to let everyone know of the other herbs here.
The soup arrived steaming hot. I had the beef soup and my wife had the pork soup.
Here is the pork soup.
Next came the spring rolls. These were crunchy and delicious.
I can't remember the name of this dish but it tasted like meatballs. Does anyone know the name of this dish?
