Cara goreng ayam
Resep Ayam Goreng Crispy
Bahan - bahan :
1 ekor ayam (potong-potong sesuai selera)
9 bwg putih (30 gr) haluskan
1 sdm garam
1 sdm merica bubuk
Minyak goreng, cukup untuk merendam seluruh ayam
Bahan Adonan Tepung:
100 gr tepung kanji
400 gr tepung terigu protein tinggi (tep. cakra)
1,5 sdt baking powder
1,5 sdt bawang putih bubuk
1,5 sdt garam
1 sdt merica bubuk
Cara Memasak :
Rendam ayam dg bawang putih, garam,merica bubuk ( dlm 1 malam lbh baik)
Lumuri ayam dengan tepung kanji, celup ke air es
Gulingkan ke bahan adonan tepung
tips : utk hasil bagus, aduk-aduk dengan 2 tangan sampai keluar gumpalan-gumpalan tepung.
Celup ke air es lagi, gulingkan ke bahan tepung
Panaskan minyak dalam wajan atau panci deep frying
Masukkan ayam hingga seluruh permukaannya terendam minyak
Goreng hingga kering dan berwarna coklat keemasan
