Easiest Blue Cheese Dip- Ever!
I love making deep fried wings, and nothing goes best with wings (or anything you can dip for that matter) than my blue cheese dip! The best part is that its so simple and easy to make and keeps for about a week in your fridge!
Ingredients:
3/4 Cups good quality blue cheese
1 Cup sour cream
2/3 Cup mayonnaise (I really prefer Best Foods)
2 Tbsps freshly squeezed lemon juice
Directions:
1. Mix all your ingredients in a bowl.
2. Make sure the lemon juice is mixed in well.
*3. Add salt to taste.
- Find something yummy to dip into it!*
That was easy right? And I promise you it's super good! I like to use it on wedge salads as well!

I would love to have this and the wings too, @artedellavita. I am in Malaysia and if I could find the cheese it would be very expensive, so I just have to drool from here :)

All cheese is expensive here, @artedellavita. SE Asians do not like it too much or eat it often. They think it is spoiled milk which they also do not use much. This is one of the few things I miss from the us :)
