Salsa Guasacaca
Ingredientes:
1 Aguacate
1 Pepino
½ Cebolla mediana
3 piezas de Ají Dulce
½ Pimentón o Pimiento preferiblemente verde
1 rama pequeña de Cilantro
1 rama pequeña de Perejil
1 cabeza de Ajo
1 tzita. Vinagre
1 tzita. Aceite Vegetal, de maíz o de Soya
Sal al gusto
Preparación:
Licuar todo con el aceite y el vinagre, colocando primero el aguacate en trozos y el pepino para que ayuden al triturado y ¡lista!
Tips: Si le hiciera falta líquido para poder triturar, con un poquito de agua que permita licuar nada mas será suficiente.
