Mango semolina cake

Mango season is coming and it is time to make various mango recipes. Mango is also called the king of fruit. In India there are so many varieties of mangoes. Mango season starts from April and last till July. In these four months different varieties of mangoes comes. The most delicious mango Alphonso comes in April-May.
I used to make various dishes of mango. This mango cake I prepared by mango pulp, semolina and sugar.
This is so delicious. Hope you liked it.
