We had an ICE9 moment here in Australia a few weeks back:

This comes approximately 5 weeks after the government passed new 'crisis management' powers for the country's banking regulator APRA so it makes me wonder if somebody accidentally deployed the protocol limiting ATM withdrawals to $200.00.

Who knows really what they're up to...
