How to create your own Easter Bunny cupcakes. The easy way!

Easter is here! So that means a few things, loads of sweets, chocolates, candies & bunny themed delicacies!

Below i have made for ya'll a super easy, step by step guide on how to decorate your own bunny themed cupcakes! It's not only adorable & too pretty to eat, the process in making them are also fun! Even your kids can do it, if they don't eat the candies first!😂

First of all, prepare a batch of your own cupcakes. I prefer vanilla since it's white in color and blends really well with the other ingredients. After you've made a batch, put them aside to cool before frosting.

Next, take your marshmallows and slice them into triangular halves. Like rabbit ears!

Color the inside part of the marshmallows with pink or red food coloring to further accentuate the inside part of a rabbit's ear.

Before the coloring dries, stamp them on fine castor sugar. Believe me, it'll look like pixie dusts if placed under direct light!

Frost your cupcakes and cover it completely with dessicated coconut on top. This will be the bunny's fur.

Put a pair of the marshmallows on the topside for the ears.

Then, place 2 chocolate chips for the eyes.

Last but not least, a red chocolate candy for it's cute little nose. And there you have it, super easy and perfect for the occasion. A twin combo attack of art & pastry! Enjoy folks!
