Looks delicious! And yes, spring is such a wonderful time of year. It's finally double-digit weather here in Toronto and I'm looking forward to get a bit more creative in the kitchen as well, especially as the spring and summer harvests come in :)
The spring time is amazing, everything awakes and get alive. I love the smell, the warm air, to go out for a walk without tons of clothing and enjoying a picnic to the river.... Wonderful!
