Breakfast starts off great, but the rest of the day is a mystery!
The mad breakfast scientist is at it bright and early! Starting my day with oats and coffee...
Oatmeal with blueberries, almond milk, honey, and cinnamon starts me off nice and healthy!
Can I keep up with this for the day, is the question! This food scientist must stay as mad and work the food lab the same for the day!
Fingers are crossed with their hot pink nails as I pack my lunch for work today... I'm hoping that I do not buy any extra food at the airport.
