Breakfast is very important to provide energy intake so that we are strong through the day. Breakfast also helps gather a good mood. Just imagine, how messy is your day if you don't have a good mood? That's why we need breakfast that is not only nutritious, but also a good breakfast to awaken the mood.
This morning I chose Black Sticky Rice Porridge for breakfast. Black Sticky Rice Porridge is combined with thick coconut milk to be a delicious meal for breakfast, but not heavy on the stomach.
Black Sticky Rice Porridge is very popular in the area of Java Island as a breakfast. In other areas it is usually eaten as dessert or food to warm the atmosphere on rainy days.

Bayangkan saja, bagaimana berantakannya hari Anda bila Anda tidak memiliki mood bagus? Itu sebabnya kita butuh sarapan yang bukan hanya bergizi, tetapi juga sarapan yang bagus untuk membangkitkan mood.
Pagi ini saya memilih Bubur Ketan Hitam untuk sarapan. Bubur ketan hitam dipadukan dengan santan kelapa yang kental menjadi makan yang nikmat untuk sarapan, namun tidak berat di perut.
Bubur Ketan Hitam ini sangat populer di daerah Pulau Jawa sebagai sarapan. Untuk di daerah lainnya biasanya dimakan sebagai dessert atau makanan untuk menghangatkan suasana di hari hujan.

I love that black rice porridge or some called it pudding as far as I now.
I just found out that porridge is also called pudding. In the Indonesian language context, pudding is like jelly.
