Roasted Cauliflower
When we work in an office style, lifestyle is certainly more unhealthy. Usually the desire to eat snacks is very high. Often I eat packaged snacks with lots of seasonings that I realize are very unhealthy.
That's why I'm looking for what food ideas I can make snack as well as healthy, and how to make it easy and fast.
Roasted Cauliflower became my favorite recipe as a healthy snack of my version.
I shared the recipe for you. Let's see how to make Roasted Cauliflower.
Ingredients:
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 5 cloves garlic that has been roughly chopped (note: if you do not like onions, then no need to use garlic).
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 2 teaspoons of pepper
- Thyme Leaves, roughly chopped. (note: if you find it difficult to find the leaves of the thyme, you can use celery leaves)
Cooking Instructions:
1.Cut the cauliflower, then mix well with olive oil.
2.Sprinkle with salt, pepper and the leaves of the thyme.
3.Roast for 15-20 minutes until it turns golden and tender.
4.Remove from the oven and serve.
You can take it to work with your favorite fruits.

Saat kita bekerja dengan gaya kantoran, gaya hidup tentu saja lebih tidak sehat. Biasanya keinginan untuk memakan camilan sangat tinggi. Seringkali saya memakan snack kemasan dengan banyak bumbu penyedap yang saya sadari memang sangat tidak sehat.
Itulah sebabnya saya mencari ide makanan apa yang bisa saya jadikan camilan sekaligus sehat, dan cara membuatnya pun mudah serta cepat.
Bunga Kol Panggang menjadi resep favorit sebagai camilan sehat versi saya.
Saya membagikan resepnya untuk Anda. Yuk simak cara membuat Roasted Cauliflower.
Bahan-Bahan:
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1/4 cangkir minyak zaitun
- 5 siung bawang putih yang telah dicincang kasar (note: bila Anda tidak menyukai bawang, maka tidak perlu memakai bawang putih).
- 2 sendok teh garam
- 2 sendok teh lada
- Daun Thyme cincang secukupnya. (note: bila Anda sulit menemukan daun thyme, Anda bisa menggunakan daun seledri)
Petunjuk memasak:
1.Potong-potong bunga kol, kemudian aduk rata menggunakan minyak zaitun.
2.Taburi dengan garam, lada, dan daun-daun theme.
3.Panggang selama 15-20 menit hingga berubah warna menjadi keemasan dan lunak.
4.Angkat dan sajikan.
Anda bisa membawanya ke tempat bekerja ditambah dengan buah-buahan kesukaan Anda.
