Yum! We love chickpea curries! But to make it even better, do not use chickpeas from a can. Did you know that you could soak and cook a big batch and freeze them for up to a year? We always have them ready in the freezer. Yet another can with preservatives and additives that can be eliminated from your home ;-)
You know I had never really thought on that? I am definitely going to give that a try, the more savings and less cans the better!!! Thank you!!!
