HEALTHY BREAKFAST IDEA | ICE CREAM FOR BREAKFAST? OH YES YOU CAN!!!!!
HOT! HOT! HOT! I woke up in sweat and I am still sweating. That's how hot it is today. Hence the ice cream for breakfast idea. Though you might think I am crazy and violating all my healthy lifestyle principles by eating ice cream for breakfast, this one is actually quite healthy and the best brekkie on hot tropical days like this!
If you haven't heard about NICE CREAM, then allow me to introduce you to this lovely, refreshing breakfast, snack or dessert. This dairy-free treat is packed with plant-based good-for-you nutrients and contains zero added sugar. Its neutral sweetness comes from the fresh fruits.
Unlike regular ice cream, Nice Cream is vegan, super healthy, delicious and so easy to make! From start to finish it will only take you about 3 minutes to make. Perfect breakfast ion hot tropical days like this!
NICE CREAM RECIPE
Nice creams can be made with any fruit you like. Just freeze the fruit, blend with a little nut milk or water, and serve with superfoods. The ice cream will have a soft serve texture. If you prefer a harder consistency, freeze for 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving! I just love the soft serve texture.
INGREDIENTS
- Pineapple chunks, frozen
- Banana chunks, frozen
- Papaya chunks, frozen
- Coconut milk, cooled
- Toppings: dried cranberries, goji berries, coconut flakes, sliced almonds
DIRECTIONS
- Peel, chop and freeze all fruits.
- Blend frozen fruits with a little nut milk until you get the texture of a soft serve ice cream. For harder consistency, freeze for 30 minutes to one hour.

Ohhhh! It’s nice idea in hot weather! Here in Mauritius today very cold ! I went with my husband to collect guavas, after the weather start changing and start raining, hahaha.
So winter has stated where you live then. Hmm fresh guavas are so good. We have some in the garden that are almost ready!
