Burger with Minced Meat
500 g ground meat;
4 buns for burgers;
2 cloves garlic;
1 medium bulb;
1 medium carrot;
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce;
1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar;
Salt, black ground pepper and chilli pepper flakes - to taste;
Peel the onions and carrots. Onion finely chop, carrots grate. Fry vegetables in vegetable oil, and then add minced meat to them.
While it is fried, remove the tomatoes from the skin and mash the flesh with a fork. Peel and grind garlic. When the stuffing evaporates liquid, salt, pepper it and add chopped garlic.
Stir, give a minute to warm up, then pour in Worcestershire sauce and vinegar. Mix again. At the end, add the tomatoes and cook until the sauce has evaporated most of the moisture.
Burger buns dry in a hot frying pan. Place the sauce on the bottom halves of the rolls and cover with the tops.
