How surprising is that, we humans always... everyday... in every-way... long for, tremendous amount of variety in our food, we daily eat!!! Though we repeat the recipes, yet we desperately crave for more and more creativity in what we eat!

Repetitions, make us feel dull and bored of the food items, served...Isn't that Right!

There are times, when we decide and make a strong will to eat only Healthy food and stay away from Junk food...for sure!!!

and...then there are times, we are in desperate love with junk food...enjoy every moment with it!!! Like Yummm!!!

Right balance diet 24X7X365 that one's body always demands is rarely adhered to! at-least I think it that way!

Then it comes to...its One Life...Enjoy every single moment...no regrets later...though...there may be many...later...link to food...directly or indirectly !!!

Infact, tackling obesity and issues related to unhealthy eating practices has become such a big global issue!!!

But, If you have a control over your senses and are aware of what you are eating...e,g...a balanced healthy diet... then there can be some liberty to binge once in a while! Moreover, If you love to cook, experiment in your kitchen, there is nothing like it...you can recreate wonderful healthy recipes to pacify your cravings for junk food. Though I don't rule out that going out and eating at the food outlets can be/should be stopped/avoided/curtailed etc...etc... Once In a while, its indeed Great Fun and taste buds love to explore different foods/cuisines!!!...But look for healthy ingredients !!! as best as you can !!!

Be Sure...You Know...What you are Eating !!!

Alright!!!, so just enjoyed eating cheesy & veggies stuffed Tortilla (shallow fried...one side...to make it crispy n crunchy!!!) with some full crunch fries, lots n lots of greens, red sliced jalapenos with mayo, chilly n mint sauce!!!

Super delicious...& Wonderfully Yummy !!!

_{Blogging…seems so much fun…!!! Isn’t it! Yes! Ofcourse…it is!...but…trust you me…Blogging is not all that easy…though it seems pretty interesting to get engaged with lot of people on the web. There must be a million sites involved in blogging and all…but I always question how many of them actually produce original quality content that is really beneficial or purposeful… and for some it’s the same content, slightly modified here and there…which is indeed a sad state of affairs!!!
The only thing comes to my mind is Charles Darwin’s Theory which will remain applicable till there is life on Earth!!!
