This is my dinner menu, with fish fried Sepat conjoined at the result of fishing.
This is cacapan, cacapan typical southern Kalimantan, please search throughout Indonesia definitely no, cacapan even this though in Kalimantan can only be found dirumahan relatives or friends sovereign, when we eat at home, cacapan has been around since I was a kid until now, cacapan this very savory but strangely this time also I never found cacapan eat at home or in a restaurant.
materials made cacapan are: salt, flavorings, raw mango, shrimp paste, chillies, onions.
please try, it looks simple but tastes very delicious sovereign, when you can mix the marinade according your tongue.

Ah! Fried Sepat = Guorami as in fish species; looks like @amat eating with Raw Mango Salad.
Fish marinated in Tamarind , to get the sour flavour then deep fried. One of the delicacy in South East Asia that call Cacapan. Citation needed as the rest are Indonesian when I look for a link.
