That looks super good. Is the tagliatelle handmade?
reality might be fake :-),my pasta aint so yes this is made at home-in this case its egg pasta, so this is semolina,durum,salt and eggs with more egg yolks than egg whites...(I don't use a machine to make the dough but i use a machine to waltz it thin)
Nice. We used to make tagliatelle at an Italian place I worked at a few years ago. Sometimes at home I like to knock out a 1-egg batch of pasta dough and cut the noodles rough.
But your taglia looks good though. And those photos are beautiful.
