GREEN TEA LAVA CAKE RECIPE
This is one of the fanciest lava cakes I have made. It tastes so amazing, delicious chocolate and green flavours come through.
This is a perfect dessert to serve for your friends, dinner parties or for someone special. Enjoy!
Ingredients :
100 gr fine white chocolate
3 tbsp butter
6 tbsp powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 egg white
4 tbsp cake flour / all purpose flour
1-2 tbsp matcha powder
a pinch of salt

Yep, making that today on my day off from work! Love green tea..... Do you make sushi at all? I just made some for the first time yesterday.
