Huevo Verde (Receta) / Green Eggs (Recipe)

Una receta traída a uds gracias a mi esposa y mi suegro.

Para su elaboración necesitaremos.

• 2 Huevos.
• 1/4 de Aguacate.
• 1/2 cebolla morada.

Necesitaremos 1 Sartén donde colocamos a sofreir la cebolla picada en Brunoise (cubos de 5 mm de tamaño máximo), colocamos sal al gusto, agregamos los huevos e integramos hasta obtener unos huevos revueltos. Luego de esto retiramos del fuego, agregamos el aguacate picado en brunoise integramos y servimos.

Excelente para acompañar con pan o una exquisita arepa.

A recipe brought to you thanks to my wife and my father-in-law.

For its elaboration we will need.

• 2 eggs.
• 1/4 of avocado.
• 1/2 red onion.

We will need 1 frying pan where we place to fry the chopped onion in Brunoise (cubes of 5 mm of maximum size), we place salt to the taste, we add the eggs and we integrate until obtaining some scrambled eggs. After this we remove from the fire, add the avocado chopped in brunoise integramos and serve.

Excellent to accompany with bread or an exquisite arepa.
