The combination of spinach with peach and banana gives us as a result a tropical drink with energetic, antioxidant and purifying qualities.

Consume it to lose weight and treat diseases such as inflammation and constipation.

Ingredients

1 cup spinach (30 g)
2 peaches
1 banana
2 tablespoons orange juice (20 ml)
½ cup almond milk (125 ml)

How to prepare it?

Cut the peaches and banana into several pieces.
Add them to the blender, along with the spinach.
Add the orange juice and the almond milk.
Beat everything for a few moments and serve when it is homogeneous. Take it between meals to calm the hunger.
