Oh how delicious this looks!! I will have to wait until Fall actually arrives here in Texas though to make it and try it out. There is something not right about having Pumpkin Spice when it's still 95 degrees in our area. But I WILL be trying it out as soon as the cool weather decides to arrive. :)
