在厨柜里找吃的，找到了几个月前买的这个懒人火锅

I better have a cup of tea ready.

The heating pack went into the bottom container and pour it ‘cold water’. I think they meant room temperature. So, that was actually what I poured.

Stuffed in the other container and covered.
