Let me tell you my friends it is not one of the most but the most essential fat.
Polyunsaturated fat is a type of dietary fat. It is one of the healthy fats, along with monounsaturated fat.It is found in plant and animal foods, such as salmon, vegetable oils, and some nuts and seeds. It include omega-3 and omega-6 fats. These are essential fatty acids that the body needs for brain function and cell growth. Our bodies Do not make essential fatty acids, so you can only get them from food.

Now let us go through some of the benefits of Rice bran oil
Reduces Cholesterol Levels
Rice bran oil can lower cholesterol levels in the body. According to a study conducted on animals, this oil was found to be highly effective in reducing total cholesterol up to 42 percent and LDL cholesterol levels up to 62 percent. Cancer Prevention
Rice brain oil is a rich source of antioxidants, both in various forms of vitamin E, as well as compounds such as oryzanol. There is a lot of vitamin E in rice bran oil, including both tocopherol and tocotrienol, which most vegetable oils cannot claim. Vitamin E functions as an antioxidant, which means that free radicals in the body are neutralized. Free radicals are the dangerous byproducts of cellular metabolism that can cause healthy cells to mutate into cancerous cells. Therefore, keeping a steady flow of antioxidants coming into the body is essential for reducing your chances of developing various types of cancer.

it can be applied directly on your face, all over your body or it can be mixed with your usual skin care products.
Has a High Smoke Point
Rice bran oil has a high smoke-point, which is pitched at 254C or 490F, which makes it perfect for stir frying or deep frying. It can maintain its nutritive quality even at high temperatures. Also, it has been seen that food cooked at high temperatures absorbs less oil.

It also is a naturally occurring source of antioxidants such as Tocopherols, Tocotrienols, Gamma Oryzanol, Phytosterols, Polyphenols and Squalene.
Lowers bad cholesterol and increases good.
Rice bran oil is rich in gamma-oryzanol, chemical compound and tocotrienol — a type of vitamin E that lowers LDL (bad cholesterol) and increase HDL (good cholesterol), antioxidants like squalene, tocopherol, besides containing MUFA and PUFA, etc.
Now what is this MUFA AND PUFA?
No, MUFAs and PUFAs are not some strange tool that you use to slough off dead skin in the shower. MUFA - Monounsaturated fatty acids And PUFA is Polyunsaturated fatty acids.
##Now as we are layman we think what does this things do in our body?
MUFAs have one double-bonded, or unsaturated, carbon atom. These fats are usually liquid at room temperature, but when you chill them, they turn solid. MUFAs are also high in vitamin E, a vitamin and antioxidant that keeps your body healthy by protecting your cells from damage
PUFAs have more than one double-bonded, or unsaturated, carbon atom. Like monounsaturated fats, polyunsaturated fats are liquid at room temperature, but they also stay liquid when they are chilled. When eaten in moderation, polyunsaturated fats can lower your cholesterol levels and reduce your risk of heart disease
Excellent Taste Palatability Nutritionally
It has been recognized that RICE BRAN OIL easily drops itself from foodstuff when cooked; hence it is most suitable edible oil for frying and deep-frying to provide crispy texture of fried foods with better palatability. The fatty acid composition including linoleic acid and oleic acid, especially 40~50% of oleic acid may be felt in good taste when it is use as salad oil. Meanwhile, soybean oil which contains high content of unsaturated fatty acids may increase oxidation and rancidity of oil.
Menopause relief
Y-oryzanol, a compound present in rice bran oil, is believed to be effective in curbing hot flashes and other symptoms of menopause. A study found that 90% of women taking rice bran oil daily found relief in menopausal symptoms.
