I'd like to thanks all judges, sponsors and supports for the culinary challenge.
@ace108 thanks for your advices you know if I don't use more pepper it's just because my girlfriend don't like too much spices.
It's first time I cook asiatic dishes I'll try next time to cover 15 minutes with soya sauce as you said it's a good idea ;)
