Food Frenzy #1 : Homemade Chicken Mortadella

Welcome back to my daily post! Some days back I found out a new cooking contest launched by @nidhisrecipes and named : Food Frenzy! As i am such a great foodie, I will give this contest a try too.

For my entry into the first week of Food Frenzy I will share with you my recipe of Homemade Chicken Mortadella. As usual it is a very easy to make recipe and so tasty! Once you try it...you will never buy the store one again!
Homemade Chicken Mortadella
To make this recipe, you will need :
- Chicken breast
- Garlic
- Eggs
- Olive oil
- Cheese
- Paprika powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cumin powder
- Chili powder
- Green olives
- Semolina
You simply need to put all the above ingredients except the green olives in a blender.
Blend till a smooth paste.
Spread the chicken paste on a plastic film.
Add the pitted green olives on the chicken paste.
Roll the plastic film in a big sausage form.
Seal both end well.
Wrap it with aluminum foil and it is ready to cook!
Put it in your steamer and make some small holes on the aluminum foil.
Cook for 45 minutes.
Once cooked, cool it down and reserve in the fridge for about 1 hour.
Take off the foil and unwrap the plastic film.
Thinly slice the chicken mortadella and enjoy!
And that's how you make a very easy and yummy homemade chicken mortadella!!!
The best way to enjoy it is in a sandwich bread with some mayo, ketchup, lettuce, tomato and onion!
