Flower kantan or bamboo shoots usually grow wild in the bush. But in ancient times people are very concerned about this tree kecombrang, but now many people forget it. Flower and young shoot kecombrang very useful for humans in general, especially for seasoning cuisine around the world. Young shoots and flowers are often mixed into the vegetables to be cooked as a daily diet.
Young shoots and bamboo shoots are often used for salad after boiled and then ate with rice. As for some benefits to overcome the disease in humans are:
a. drug liver disease.
b. eliminate body odor.
c. increase breast milk.
d. and others.
Because there are substances contained in flowers and young buds kecombrang, namely: saponin, flavonida and polyphenol. Kecombrang is very rich in vitamins, antioxidants and minerals.
