Solution - The People's Court - Separate From The Govnerment's Court

I believe that the people should have a court of their own separate from the government's court. I believe that the people and the government are 2 separate entities at odds with each other. The people should be able to question, investigate, accuse, punish, and sentence all government agents such as the president to prison without the government giving them immunity. This off course applies to other powerful individuals like Ben Bernanke who are protected by the government and even just your usual crimes.

Any idea can be corrupted and applied wrong or have bad timing. But if this idea is applied properly, it would solve many of the problems that the people face against the government. It would be a stepping stone rather than a permanent solution. Other solutions that were indeed successful and made the government obsolete can finally stay successful and not disappear under the government's boot anymore. Let me know what you think.

As said above, there has been many solutions suggested, tried, and even having succeeded, but because there is no solution in place to stop the government from making those solutions disappear, they have all disappeared. This is just an idea I had out of an infinite amount of ideas for an infinite amount of problems - unless you consider the government a solution then off course this idea would actually be a problem.
