No, that's not what they say. The technology that was used to go to the moon has been surpassed. Why would we use old tech? Also, there's nothing to do on the moon so why go back? Do you have questions about the moon that need answering? Yes the pictures from Elon's car are real, check the timestamps and match the weather patterns via radar. That kinda detail can't be faked in realtime. Also the car is traveling further away from the sun. Can you get any facts right?
