I would certainly not want to start a flagging war, as I know how vindictive people can be on steemit and have low voting power. In other words, my reputation could be ruined by joining in on such wars. My friend @rossenpavlov, however, can afford to start such wars, which he sees as key to combating spammers and others who do not post original content. The real problem, as I see it, is that there are some rogue accounts that have been hacked and are being used to downvote people with quality posts.
