Then I will be able to do every day, shoulders is one thats missing. pushups do work shoulders but because of my severely injured left arm I find it puts alot of strain on it and it really hurts. So it's hard for me to be consistant with pushups

Ahh bugger I did shoulders and arms, will be doing some squats today :)
