Challenge Completed - Arms and Shoulders Day 840 reps on April 29

It was back to arms and shoulders again last night.
I probably should have went a bit easier on the training but I didn't, I hit the weights hard and put in almost a 2 hour workout.
It was a high rep count workout and my muscles were really burning, and still are the next day.

My motivation levels are still really high which is good, we are coming into winter here in South Australia and winter time is always a tough period for me. Having a busted back and sever injuries really can get painful when the freezing cold winter sets in. I'm hoping I can carry this momentum throughout winter though I'm starting to get doubtful.
I think I will have to start training as soon as I finish work before I drive home, once I get home sit down and have dinner it's tough to head back out into the cold during winter.

After my first arm workout the other day I feel like I really gained a lot of muscle already, my body is bouncing back really well.
I'm still quite large in terms of muscle mass, when I compare myself to other people in the gym I'm pretty big still. My arms are like twice the size of most of the people at the gym.
Can't wait to see how I progress over the next few months.
