@steemmatt as soon as i have enough time i will make a vid,i try to do them as fast as possible and as explosive as I can,i've also been doing some TRX also after spinning class so I think that's been helping me push more and as you see somedays I don't do any and I just run because I gotta let my arms,wrist and chest rest.
