Challenge Completed - 300 Day's Of Pure Madness (Day 34)

300 Day's Of Pure Madness

While running my first 5Km of 2018 I came to the idea of doing instead of a 30 day challenge a 300 day's challenge where I will do as many pushups as I can and show this to you by posting a screenshot of the pushup counter app I use. Now day by day this challenge has evolved but the goal is still the same "300 Day's Of Pure Madness".

In these 300 day's I'll be doing different types of exercises and workouts that will form part of @steemmatt "The Steemit Daily 100+ Rep Fitness Challenge". I'll also be doing my usual running and combining this with @runningproject amazing project and the amazing @isotonic tool be sure to check out their daily post.

Here I leave behind the previous post regarding this challenge, check it out. I also wanna say that the app that I am using is called "Push Ups Counter" available on the playstore/andriod.


Today's Workout

Today we went trail testing for our upcoming event and it went really great. I did get lost along the way but I manage to catch up with the team when they where reaching the farm where the race will be held. Also after running I totally forgot to stop my watch until I was in the car on my way home so I believe I ran the track in about 39 minutes. After trail testing I went to the beach to cool off and do my pushups,the beach was pretty ruff so snorkeling didn't went pretty well lol but hopefully next week I'll have some better footage.

Almost all of your scenic posts remind me that I need a tropical vacation. Looks like a great time there.

Wow, this is really great and i really admire your strength. Wish i could do half of what did but i guess domethings are not meant for some people.

thanks @phenzzy if you start replacing some "I wish" with some "I will" you will already be doing good. I couldn't run or swim at all and just by keeping my mind and body into it now I'm better. Mental strength is what is important the rest just comes along the way.
