Today I got some decent sleep so I am feeling much better, although I am feeling a little bit of back pain. It's not causing too much discomfort so I can keep going. Since I've started this I can say that I feel more energized but my sleep schedule is just all over the place.

My Daily Challenge Completed
Given that the Air Squats have done wonders for me, I decided to do 100 Air Squats today instead of just the regular 50, followed by some other exercises. The Air Squats really got my blood pumping. Feeling a bit famished from all that, I may be able to go to sleep earlier tonight.
- 100 Air Squats
- 50 Leg Raises
- 50 Situps
- 50 TaeBo Legkicks (right leg)
- 50 TaeBo Legkicks (left leg)
- 50 Standing Curls - Left arm - 20 lbs
- 50 Standing Curls - Right Arm - 20 lbs
- 50 Extensions (both hands) - 20 lbs

Meals
Lunch was a Ham & Cheese Sandwich with chips and a piece of carrot cake, it was simple so I didn't bother. I ended up at a friends house while he was grilling some burgers so I had a cheeseburger for dinner. Again, nothing to snap a picture of so I skipped food pictures today.

My Motivation
I've decided to stop smoking cigarettes in the beginning of January and have been meaning to start an exercise routine to replace my smoking habit with something much healthier. It's been rough quitting, and even tougher getting the motivation and energy to start a daily exercise routine but thanks to this challenge, I've motivated myself to get it done!
Proper sleep should be maintained for keep body fitness..Stress is creating on every step of life,,Body fitness is a asset of a man..regular exercise ,,proper sleep,proper meal,,proper instruction maintain keep it on the higher stage of being fitted..good content,sir @bitfiend
