Staying Focused! Get your 100 Reps! - Day 76 - 6/6/18
Day 76 completing the #fitnesschallenge by @steemmatt! While the fitnesschallenge is on pause I still encourage you to get warmed up and started today!
I'm practically back on a night owl schedule but I am hoping to not let it last too long. Sometimes I can be a real insomniac and sleeping at night is just not happening. Once I stay up too late, I'm up all morning (which is what happened today). This exercise routine is becoming very regular for me so I am liking the change! While I continue to neglect my normal posts (macro, goldenhour and other photography) I still enjoy sharing at least my daily routine. It's turned into my "idle mode". There's just not enough time in the day to do everything that I want though!

I also want to tell you about the #50squatchallenge and the #50pushupchallenge by @notorious562! 50 easy squats and pushups every day! I'm doing 50 squats daily now so I've decided to participate in that as well. So this is also my completion of both!
My Daily Challenge Completed.
Did not think that I would be able to get any air squats done today but my knee feels better. The air squats really give me a good lower-body workout and the pushups provide a good overall balance. I really expected to be sore, I'm thinking another day of 100 and I'll try another 2700 reps. My biggest issue is that as the days progress, the workouts get longer and sometimes I just don't have the time for it.

Meals
Went to bed late so there was no lunch, however I did have a second serving of yesterday's dinner around 5 am. Went to bed hungry but I was so tired that sleep was more important.
Dinner was chicken, broccoli and white cheddar shells. I've got to admit that I am slightly growing sick of pasta type sides but I'm not the one that made it so I'm happy to eat! I've been watching what I eat lately though and while I am still snacking in between meals and never really mention it, it's more fruit now then anything else. I really like dipping fruit in whipped cream. I've been snacking more lately because I haven't had any cigarettes.

My Motivation
Replacing my smoking habbit with exercise! So after a good few months of not smoking I kind of picked it up again for like 2 months and now I've managed to stop again. So far I have been able to go 10 full days without cigarettes. At this point, once again, the physical addiction is gone and anything is all in my head. There's really not much to say other than Woohoo! I don't even think of them lately. Every time I walk outside I see one of my wife's half-cigarettes and normally would be inclined to smoke it but it doesn't even bother me. I really hope I can continue as my birthday is coming up and I want to be done for good by then.
