You can see 3 sets of push ups 30/40/39 and a small advice from me.
Before that i was warming up with some slow shadow boxing and added some Muay Thai elements, just to improve my technique.

Killin it. I have begun a daily rep challenge myself. I am nowhere near 100, honestly I max out at about 7-8. I hope to be able to do as many as you one day.
