Fitness Competition in Vegas!!
The weekend of April 15, I went to Las Vegas to support my sister who was competing in the Jay Cutler Desert Classic. After months of crazy workouts and dieting, she was ready.
She ended up Nationally qualifying by placing 2nd overall. 🏆So proud of her and the work she put in for this.
It was her first competition ever. Off to a great start. She also has a great line of fitness apparel for anyone that is a fiend for the gym. 💪

Wow, your sister looks amazing! How long did she work on her fitness goals?
Not having any previous experience working out, it took her about a year and a half to reach competition level. Most of the work was put in to her diet. High protein and low carbs. I was surprised what it takes to actually be able to compete.
