Once more unto the breech, dear friends, once more!!
So it's not that I've been slacking, more to the point that I probably havnt been giving it my 100% attention, that once again I'm going to try and shift this weight.
My #fitnessgoals for November were non-existent but I did manage to get a few miles under my belt..... The trouble is that the belt is once again getting tighter around my ever expanding midrift!!
A very quick round up of the runs I did manage to complete last month:
I did manage to get 2 X 8mile, so it could be worse.
On a good note, I've checked my progress over the last 4 months and in total, I've managed to knock a total of 10 minutes off my over all 8mile jogs.
So trending upwards. 👍
So what do I want to achieve in December??
Well weight loss is a definite NO-NO!! But I would be very happy if I could maintain my current weight.
With the bad weather and holiday period, I'm not going to forecast too many opportunities to actually get out. So I'd like:
⏺️2 X 8miles
⏺️And continue to keep my shorter 3 mile runs under the 9min/mile marker.
